Clarification Text Regarding Personal Data Protection

To The User,  In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable laws, our company has prepared and submitted this disclosure text for your information. The information relates to personal data that we, Bilgiçler Yapı İnşaat Ltd. Şti.("Company"), or a third party we designate, collected when you filled out the contact form on our corporate website. 

We place a high priority on the security of your personal information, and as such, it will be stored under the legal requirements, in the safest manner feasible, and for the length of time needed to fulfill legal responsibilities.

Your obtained personal data is processed and stored in both physical and electronic environments by appropriate technical and administrative measures based on legal grounds, namely: "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," as stated in Article 5(2)(f) of KVKK; and "being made public by the data subject himself/herself," as stated in Article 5(2)(d) of KVKK.

3. Reasons for Processing Your personal data

The following are the reasons for which your personal data is processed:

1. Addressing your concerns and demands, offering efficient customer service in this situation, and fixing issues,
2. Fulfilment of our company's responsibilities and those of actual and legal parties with whom we do business,
3. Setting up and carrying out agreements with you, as well as recalling and completing legal requirements,
4. Carrying out and monitoring financial, accounting, and legal matters,
5. Responses to inquiries, complaints, contract procedures, and/or legal claims
6. Getting your feedback via questionnaires and surveys in the course of organizing and carrying out customer satisfaction initiatives,
7. Finding initiatives, goods, and services that work for you, developing and tailoring them to your needs,
8. Notifications on changes to laws, company internal rules that affect you, or other notices that affect you,
9. Identifying the profiles of our visitors,
10. The execution of our company's human resources policy and the assessment of requests, demands, and complaints.
11. PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY

Your personal information may be shared, processed appropriately, sent or transferred domestically and/or internationally for the purposes and legal reasons stated above, and, if necessary, may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, to our group companies Muya Poliüretan Kauçuk San. ve Tic. A.Ş. & Terda Terlik Dağ. San. Tic. Ltd. şti. by taking the necessary security measures within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and the purposes shown in this text. Except for the individuals on the above authorized list, no third party will ever see your personal information. Your personal information will only be accessible to authorized personnel within our organization if it relates to security.

5. How long will it take to process your personal data?

Your Personal Data is processed for the length of time necessary by the applicable laws for its storage, or, in the absence of such a requirement, for the purpose for which it is processed. When the applicable time frames pass, your personal information will be erased, destroyed, or anonymized ex officio, or as soon as you request it, in compliance with the "Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data" rules.

6. Your Ownership Rights of Data

Should you submit written demands about the rights listed here, they will be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days.

1. To find out if processing of your personal data has occurred or not;
2. Find out if any processing of your personal data has occurred.;

• To find out why personal data is processed and whether it is being utilized for that purpose;

1. Should be aware of the third parties that receive local or international transfers of your personal data;
2. Ask for your personal data to be corrected if it has been processed improperly or incompletely;
3. To make a request for the erasure or deletion of your personal information within the framework set forth by KVKK law;

• To ask third parties to whom your personal data are transmitted to be notified of transactions conducted in accordance with paragraphs v and vi;
• To raise an objection to the outcome being used against you by using only automated methods to analyze the produced data;

1. Should you experience harm as a result of improper handling of your personal information, you have the right to seek damages.

The above are your rights which you may exercise.

Your request to exercise these rights may be delivered in person to our company at Adnan Kahveci Mah. İnönü Cad. No: 101 Beylikdüzü/Istanbul with a wet signature, or (ii) delivered through a notary public to our company at the address of Adnan Kahveci Mah. No: 101 Beylikdüzü/İstanbul, or (iii) sent via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, or mobile signature to info@aktimticaretmerkezi.com.tr.
